Buying tickets from Hindi Manch

Getting your tickets

Your tickets are emailed to the address you give at checkout, with a printable PDF attached, as soon as the payment is confirmed. Each ticket has a QR code that is scanned at the door; a ticket for a pass is valid only on its own date.

If the email has not arrived after a few minutes, check your spam folder, then use Find my order: enter your email address and we send you a link to your tickets again.

Seats and payment

The seats you choose are held for you for a few minutes while you pay, and released if the time runs out. Card details are handled by the payment processor and are never stored by Hindi Manch.

You can choose seats on the hall map or from a list of rows and seats under it, which works with a keyboard and a screen reader.

Membership

Become a member on the membership page: choose a membership, give your details and pay. Your membership page and a welcome email follow at once.

Members get member prices: buy tickets with the email you joined with and tick "I am a member". With a family membership, your spouse's email counts too.

A renewal is a new membership. Renew before yours expires and the new one starts the day after it expires, so no time is lost.
